How I style my Leopard Print Coat

A Leopard Print faux fur coat is an iconic item that is bound to jazz up your wardrobe. When the weather’s frosty and cold, I happily reach for this piece to keep me cosy. Such a garish print can often be difficult to style, and often simple monochrome layers are a fail-safe pairing…

et voilà ma tenue du jour:

thumb_DSC06620_1024I bought this lovely coat from Motel Rocks for around £50 a couple of years back. It’s beautifully soft and really snug. L’imprimé léopard est vraiment iconique.

This chic blue/black velvet scarf is a simple touch that adds texture and a high-shine element to the outfit.

Today I styled this piece with an all-black base layer. My polo-neck crop top is from Urban Outfitters, and my jeans are the high-waisted Topshop Joni Jeans. I bought them for £36.00 and absolutely LOVE them. Not only are they quite stretchy and mega comfy, but they also look really flattering because they’re so high waisted. They’re an absolute saviour on those “nothing to wear” days – check them out here.

I love this top and jeans combo because of the cute cut-out detailing which shows a glimpse of flesh but not too much!

Looking stylish with an all-black base layer and Office Girl brogues.

My earrings were a present from my friend Robyn – I think they’re from accessorize.

I hope you like my OOTD – as always thanks for reading mes chéries! Don’t forget to subscribe to PrettyDaring and give this post a like if you enjoyed it.

Bisous,
